Page 19 Abstract Brooke-Spiegler syndrome (BSS) is a rare, inherited, autosomal-dominant genodermatosis characterized by the development of multiple adnexal cutaneous tumors including spiradenomas, cylindromas, spiradenocylindromas, trichoepitheliomas, epidermoid cysts, and milia.
